Your Address Details

Please take particular care with regards to entering your personal address information. If your house has a name and number then it is important to enter both. Also please take care to enter your correct post code. Your address details must exactly match the billing address on your credit card or debit card. Payment will be rejected if they do not match.

Shipping and Handling

We can currently despatch orders to UK address,s.

Orders up to £100.00 not including delivery or Vat are subject to a fixed charge of £5.00. Orders over £100.00 include free delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

The Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Orkney Isles, Isle of Wight, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles and the Channel Islands there may be an extra charge and delivery may take longer. Please contact us at info@groundcareessentials.com or telephone 0116 2354268

Delivery Information

We use the Royal Mail and couriers for deliveries depending on the size and weight of the order. The service used for any particular order will be entirely at our discretion.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as reasonably practicable but may be delivered in instalments. Goods not immediately available will  follow as soon as available.

Any items missing from your shipment should be identified and informed to us within 3 working days of delivery. Failure to claim within 3 working days will result in your claim for missing items being rejected.

Some products may need a limited amount of assembly when received. However in most cases any tools required to complete the assembly will be included.

Collection

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a collection facility.
